The room was comfortable, but the lift situation was quite inconvenient.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel, especially enjoying the lovely pool area where our kids splashed around happily. The rooms were spacious and daily cleaning kept everything tidy. We also strolled around nearby gardens, which were a beautiful escape during our stay with our young baby.
In my wife’s opinion, the noise from the street could be bothersome for families with children. A soundproofed room would be great.

The pool area was exceptional, providing a refreshing escape from the summer heat, and the breakfast offered a delightful assortment, including tasty vegan options. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a charming balcony, though it needed a good cleaning. While the location was convenient for a walk to cultural sites, the noise from large groups during my stay made it less tranquil at times. Additionally, there were some issues with the shower that went unaddressed.

The hotel's charming decor and easy access made my stay delightful. The beautiful pool area was a peaceful oasis, and I adored the spacious common areas that welcomed me with warmth and brightness.
More accessible seating options would be nice.

Good spot for a family trip
We had a decent stay for 4 nights. The room was really comfy and spacious, with a nice balcony. The pool area was a hit, especially with the cafe nearby for snacks. It wasn't super close to great dining options, though, and parking was extra. Staff could've been more helpful when issues popped up.

Oh, the dining scene here is a gem! The poolside snack bar was perfect for chilling with chilled drinks and tasty bites under the sun. Plus, the staff's warmth shined throughout our stay, making us feel right at home.
The room showed its age with some worn furniture, and we had a bit of a hiccup when we requested a double bed but got twins instead. Just make sure you manage those expectations!

The location was excellent, just a short walk to the airport bus stop and near the Alhambra. My room was well-decorated, featuring a spacious balcony with stunning views of the Sierra Nevada. The staff provided top-notch service, assisting with my Alhambra trip and ensuring I had everything I needed for a productive stay.
The breakfast selection was overwhelming but lacked in quality.

The room was spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. The pool area had sun loungers and a cafe serving snacks. Breakfast had a good selection. The hotel’s location is a short walk from the city center. Some rooms may have noisy views due to loud pool music. Decent facilities and good value for money!

Had an awesome time with friends at this place! The location was so handy for checking out the outdoor gardens and going skydiving nearby. The room was comfy, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. Just a heads up, breakfast is pretty basic, but that didn't stop us from enjoying our stay!
One downside was that the WiFi didn’t work well during our visit. It was frustrating trying to connect when we needed it the most.

Great Location with Amazing Breakfast!
Located a short walk from the city center and Alhambra, my stay here was delightful. The breakfast selection stood out—traditional and hot options, perfectly filling my mornings. The beautifully decorated rooms added to the charm, and I appreciated the friendly reception staff who assisted with my sightseeing plans. Pro tip, don’t miss the balcony views at sunset!

Not perfect but still worth it for couples
Had a lovely room with a great view of the surrounding mountains and enjoyed the comfortable bed. The staff was helpful, got us some extra towels when we asked, and the breakfast was surprisingly decent.
It wasn't cheap, but overall it was acceptable.
